E-Commerce Section Returns and Refunds Policy
At Fine Iron, each of our porches, verandas, and canopies is meticulously handcrafted to your specific design and dimensions. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has commenced.
Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your ironwork arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately. We take great care in packaging and photograph each item prior to dispatch. However, we ask that you:
- Inspect the ironwork upon delivery: Please unpack and check the item before the courier leaves.
- Report any issues promptly: Notify us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of any damage or defects.
Once we have assessed the issue, we will arrange, where appropriate, for a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Non-Returnable Items
All of our porches, verandas, and canopies are custom-made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
If the fault is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, the customer is responsible for ensuring the item is securely and appropriately packed for transit.
